Return policy

Introduction

We genuinely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. Our utmost priority is your complete satisfaction with your transaction. However, if for any reason you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return the item for a full refund, in-store credit, or an alternative product. Please refer to our return policy below for more details.

 

Returns

Returned packages must be postmarked and received by the return sender no later than seven (7) days after the original purchase date.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at contact@claratic.com, addressed to Claratic Private Limited.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will begin the refund process. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) business days from the date we receive the item for your return to be processed. Depending on your credit card statement, it may take up to two billing cycles for a credit card refund to reflect. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

 

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

– Any requests for refunds or services that have already commenced or are partially completed will not be processed.

 

Cancellation

Service termination is not possible once it has commenced.

Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be replaced. We are committed to adhering to convenient return procedures, which streamline the closing process. All payment processes, including refund policies and regular payments, adhere to strict security standards. If you have any inquiries regarding payment procedures, our dependable support team is available to assist.

 

Key Principles of Our Refund Policies

1) Processing fees will be deducted from the total refund amount for obvious reasons.

2) Refund requests must be made within 48 hours from the time of payment receipt.

3) The following criteria apply if the refund request is received within a specific time frame:

  1. a) For Graphic Design-related services, a refund request must be made within seven business days after receiving full payment.
  2. b) For Web Development-related services, a refund request must be made within 14 business days after receiving full payment.
  3. c) Please note: There will be a 20% deduction from the initial payment amount.

4) Efficiency and expediency are our priorities when processing all refunds. Claratic LTD reserves the right to deny refunds at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to the Clients. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All materials produced by Claratic remain the property of the company and may not be used in any form by the clients. Claratic reserves the right to take legal action against the client for any breach of this clause.
